பிரமிக்க வைக்கும்  பிரமிட் 

   

எகிப்து  நாட்டின் தலை நகரமான கெய்ரோவில்  கிசா  என்ற இடத்தில் கம்பீரமாக அமர்ந்திருக்கும் மாபெரும் பிரமிடு  பார்ப்பவர்களை  பரவசமாக்கி பிரமிக்க வைக்கின்றது ! 

பல்லாயிரக் கணக்கான ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னமே  இப்படி ஒரு கட்டிட அமைப்பைக் கட்டிய எகிப்தியர்களின் ஆற்றலை வியக்காமல் இருக்க முடியாது.  

கிசாவின் பெரிய பிரமிட்,  Khufu என்ற தலைவனுக்காக ஒரு கல்லறையாக கட்டப்பட்டது .  பிரமிடு கட்ட சுமார் 20 ஆண்டுகள் ஆயிற்று என  கூறப்படுகிறது.

•  பண்டைய உலக அதிசயங்கள் ஏழில்   மீதமுள்ளது கிசாவின் பெரிய பிரமிட் மட்டுமே.

•  பெரிய பிரமிட் 4000 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் மனிதன் அமைத்த மிக உயரமான அமைப்பு 

• ராஜாவின் அறை , ராணியின் அறை   மற்றும் முடிவுறாத அறை - ஆக மூன்று அறைகள் பெரிய பிரமிட் உள்ளே  உள்ளன.

• 2.5 முதல் 20  to 70 டன் எடையுள்ள சுமார் 2,000,000  கற்களைக் கொண்டு கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது      

         இவை சூரிய வெளிச்சத்தில கண்ணாடியைப் போல்  ப்ராகசித்தனவாம் !

• பெரிய பிரமிடின் உயரம் சுமார் 480 அடி ! கீழ் பாகம் சுமார் 755 சதுர அடி ( சுமார்  பத்து ஜம்போ ஜெட் விமானங்களை நிறுத்தும்  இடத்தை போல் )

• வெளியில் சுட்டெரிக்கும் வெப்பமாக இருந்தாலும் பிரமிடின் உள்ளே  வெப்பநிலை,68 ° F மாறாமல் நிலையானதாக இருக்கும்.

• பிரமிடின் சுற்றிய நீளம் 36524 pyramid inch ... ஒரு வருடத்தில் உள்ள  நாட்கள் ( with the decimals in place )

எகிப்தியர்கள் இறப்பிற்குப் பின் வாழ்வு உண்டென்று நம்பியதால்,  சிலர் அவர்கள் உயிருடன் இருக்கும் போதே தங்களுக்கென்று கல்லறை கட்டிக்க் கொண்டனர்.  அது மட்டுமல்ல  தங்களுக்கு விருப்பமான எல்லா பொருள்களையும் செல்லப்  பிராணிகளையும்  கூட இறந்த பின் அனுபவிக்க தன இறந்த உடலுடன் வைத்து விட ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்து கொண்டனர். இறந்தபின் உடலை மம்மியாக செய்து சவப்பெட்டியில் வைத்து விடுவர்

(3) From the same plane to the far end of the Coffer in the King's Chamber is 365.2423 P. inches.

(4) From the front wall of the Ante-Chamber to the back face of the Granite Leaf is 36.524 P. inches.

These few examples should suffice to indicate representational functions of the solar year. The scientific facts monumentalised in the Great Pyramid did not emerge accidentally; a superior knowledge of geometry, mathematics and astronomy would have been essential notwithstanding the means and will-power to express them in structural form.
